Bridgeport Softball Defeats Caldwell in CACC First Round

In the first round of the CACC Tournament, the University of Bridgeport's softball team earned a 5-1 win over seventh-seeded Caldwell on Saturday. The second-seeded Purple Knights will now advance to Championship Weekend at Wilmington on May 2-4. We spoke with Senior Angela Oros after her stellar day at the plate that helped UB advance into the double-elimination portion of the CACC Tournament.
